Job Purpose : Prepare and develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly / monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services maintenance activities.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
• Analyse and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORPs equipment, plants and utilities availability.
• Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
• Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
• Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
• Utilise SAP system computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
• Assist in preparing developing and measuring Contractors Key Performance Indicators.
• Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.

HSE

Required

Preferred Education

Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience of refinery maintenance.

Technical Skills

Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
