Responsibilities
Oversee daily transactions and technical workflows within the maintenance department Coordinate task execution with central control and arbitration units Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions Manage the financial documentation linked to project handovers and service deliveries Coordinate with the finance team to receive finalized invoices and verify supporting documents Submit invoices to clients via approved channels, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements Monitor payment schedules and follow up on outstanding receivables Serve as the point of contact between bank branches, project teams, clients, and technical staff Facilitate communications related to both project status and billing matters Ensure consistent updates are delivered to all stakeholders regarding service and payment timelines Prepare periodic performance and financial reports for monitoring units and management Document service alerts, maintenance activities, and financial interactions comprehensively Support internal audits by providing organized invoice and project documentation Manage project-related equipment delivery and logistics Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management or related field Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as project coordinator or similar role Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills Speaking proficient English and Arabic is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
