Overview Data Manager – Expert in Data Governance, Cyber Security & Digital Transformation

Will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of data governance, cyber security, and ICT infrastructure strategies. This position ensures that the organization’s data assets and technology environments are secure, reliable, and aligned with the company’s operational goals in the real estate and property development sector.

The role requires a balance of

technical expertise, data management proficiency, and leadership capability , overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data and ensuring the security and compliance of all ICT systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of data governance, cyber security, and ICT infrastructure strategies.

Ensure that the organization’s data assets and technology environments are secure, reliable, and aligned with operational goals.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data and ensure security and compliance of all ICT systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

10–12 years of experience in ICT, data management, or cyber security, with 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven track record in data governance, ERP systems (Oracle / SAP), and enterprise cyber security management.

Strong technical background in :

Networking : LAN / WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routing protocols

Security Tools : SIEM, IDS / IPS, DLP, vulnerability scanners

BI & Analytics : Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent

Experience in real estate, construction, or property management industries preferred.

Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 27001 frameworks.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills for stakeholder management and executive reporting.
