Integration Manager

Integration Manager

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions across various platforms and applications

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define integration strategies

Oversee the integration lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and monitoring

Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance

Maintain integration documentation, including architectural diagrams and process flows

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to system integration

Provide support and training to team members on integration best practices and tools

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

5+ years of experience in system integration or software development roles

Strong knowledge of integration technologies and platforms (e.g., API management, middleware, ETL)

Experience with programming languages and data formats (e.g., Java, Python, XML, JSON)

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
