• Oversee the creation of compelling campaigns and content resonating with the target audience.
• Proactively manage the hotel's reputation through effective PR strategies and crisis communication.
• Monitor feedback channels for guest sentiments and take actions to maintain a positive image.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders for positive coverage.
• Act as the hotel's spokesperson, handling media inquiries and interviews.
• Drive digital strategies for online visibility and engagement.
• Monitor online trends, respond promptly, and manage the hotel's online reputation.
• Implement tools to measure PR and marketing effectiveness.
• Use data-driven insights for informed decisions and optimized campaigns.
• Efficiently manage PR and marketing budgets for targeted objectives.
