Senior Manager- Design - Hospitality (RES8)

Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the future of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are searching for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Design - Hospitality to join our elite team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the hospitality experiences within our developments, ensuring that every design element reflects luxury, innovation, and cultural relevance. Your expertise in hospitality design will be crucial in creating exceptional environments that attract and delight visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision and brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create compelling design solutions that enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept through to construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Establish design guidelines and standards specific to hospitality projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to design teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends in hospitality design and incorporate innovative practices into project work.
• Engage with hospitality operators and stakeholders to gather insights and refine design concepts as necessary.
• Manage and mentor design team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and creativity.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in hospitality design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven ability to lead and manage design teams effectively.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling narratives.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, sustainability practices, and applicable regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
