The Account Manager will work closely with stakeholders and clients to create customized solutions that align with their business objectives while maximizing their presence across all Argaam channels. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and potential clients to encourage long-term collaboration.
Sales and Business Development :
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospective activities. Schedule and attend in-person meetings with potential clients to present Argaam’s sponsor content offerings. Prepare and present proposals / contracts tailored to the client’s needs, ensuring alignment with Argaam’s product portfolio. Follow up on proposals to secure deals and encourage clients to utilize the full range of services.
Campaign Strategy and Coordination :
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop customized content solutions. Work closely with the content team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and objectives. Actively coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare detailed reports on client activity, including deals, proposals, invoices, and transactions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Argaam’s products, services, and sponsor content solutions.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business, Marketing, Media, Finance, or a related field. Experience :
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably in the digital media or sponsor content space. Proven track record of managing B2B sales processes and working with digital marketing tools. Skills and Competencies :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals.
