What You’ll Own
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.Track performance metrics, report progress, and contribute to sales strategy improvements.What You Bring
2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably B2B).Proven ability to manage accounts and close deals in a fast-paced or startup environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A relationship-driven mindset with strong business acumen.Fluency in Arabic and English.Experience in real estate, facility management, or workforce services is a plus.Why Join Us
