Revit Operator

Overview

The Revit Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality, detailed design drawings and models using Autodesk Revit. The role involves supporting architects, engineers, and project teams in creating, modifying, and managing BIM models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines as required.
• Prepare accurate drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation based on design concepts and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design consistency and resolve technical issues.
• Apply company BIM standards, templates, and procedures to maintain model accuracy and uniformity.
• Generate schedules, sections, elevations, and 3D views from Revit models.
• Assist in clash detection and coordination processes between different trades using BIM tools.
• Update design changes and ensure timely delivery of revised drawings.
• Maintain drawing files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Support the project team in ensuring compliance with local building codes, standards, and project guidelines.
