- Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities and maintain and update project documentation and records.
- Coordinate project schedules and monitor deadlines and prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations.
- Identify and communicate potential project risks and issues and support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Coordinate between the team leader and Project managers for logging and following the NCRs on the system.
- Coordinate with team leaders& project s managers for projects executions and support the Projects Managers on their admin requests such as traveling and hotel related.
- Support the training activity for the team and related administration task and preparing documentation and projects Reports editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
- Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
- File, organize, and maintain documents (physical and digital) and support invoices issue, submittal and acknowledgement.
- Prepare materials for and assist in project reviews. Update project (cost), monitor, control, and release requests for invoices, based on instructions from the Project Manager and support training.
- Manage by arrange a Training Material or Logistic files and facilities for training supporting other function as required and assist project and managers in planning, executing, monitoring project progress.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates and schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring.
- Prepare and log all NCR site related on the System (SAP) as well follow the closing of it assisting in the preparation of project presentations and meetings documentation with stakeholders and communicate liaison between project team members and external parties.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines and organize & maintain project files and records for easy retrieval and support the outlook of the budget monitoring processes and assist with the operation manager the risk management.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or diploma in Project Management, or related field is preferred.Minimum 2 experience in an administrative role or project support position is advantageous.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
