Quality Inspector

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Day to day inspection and reporting activities.
• Work in accordance with ARM QMS and HSE procedures& policies.
• Supporting workshop foreman in monitoring, identification, and traceability process.
• Assisting QC manager in day-to-day QC activities
• Perform timely incoming inspection (materials, steel structures, capital equipment, mechanical parts).
• Review and approval of supplier inspection report
• Perform timely quality inspection in accordance with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) / QP, Router, drawings, and quality instructions in the shops.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection as per Router / Job Card, Drawing and Specs.
• Review and approval of suppler inspection reports
• Monitor the third-party NDT activities and reviewing the reports.
• Uploading all document in DMS (Rig Docs) in relevant cases.
• Monitoring and maintaining the measurement instrument / equipment calibration up to date.
• Register NCR, CAR / PAR entry into System.
• Involvement in Internal and External audits.
• Maintain a working knowledge of government, Saudi Aramco and industrial quality codes and standards.
• Preparation and review of Final Data book
• Perform another work-related task as assigned.
