Director – GRC & Cyber Security

to drive our enterprise-wide security strategy, safeguard critical systems, and lead a high-performing team in protecting our digital assets. What you’ll do : Lead the

GRC and Cyber Security strategy , aligning with corporate goals and regulatory frameworks. Oversee enterprise-wide

risk management, compliance, and security governance

initiatives. Design and implement robust

cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls . Partner with executive leadership, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure

regulatory compliance

and

risk resilience . Lead incident response, threat intelligence, and business continuity efforts. Mentor and build a high-performing team of cyber and risk professionals. What we’re looking for : 10+ years’ experience in

cybersecurity, risk management, or GRC leadership roles . Strong knowledge of

ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks . Proven track record in

cyber resilience, risk governance, and board-level reporting . Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills. Professional certifications such as

CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent

are highly desirable. You’ll play a

strategic role

in shaping the future of our security posture. This is a unique opportunity to : Influence at
