We are seeking a

Senior Software Product Manager

with a strategic vision to shape the future of digital mortgage solutions in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have at least

12 years of proven experience

in software product management, including a minimum of

4 years in a leadership role , preferably within fintech and digital banking in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of the Saudi mortgage market, including

SAMA regulations and Shariah-compliant finance / lending processes , is essential to ensure candidates have relevant local domain expertise. Key Responsibilities : Lead and develop the strategic vision and roadmap

for the web application, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs for simplified mortgage acquisition. Oversee the entire software product lifecycle , from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous iteration and improvement. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis

to identify emerging opportunities, user pain points, and potential threats in the digital mortgage landscape. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams

to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful product delivery. Craft precise, high-quality user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

that clearly articulate customer needs and align with technical capabilities. Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) , analyzing data to make informed decisions and optimize user experience and engagement. Champion a user-centric design approach , ensuring the web application is intuitive, efficient, and engaging for property buyers seeking mortgages. Drive product innovation

by identifying new technologies and industry trends that can enhance the platform's capabilities and user value. Prepare comprehensive product performance reports

and present insights and recommendations to senior management. Direct Collaboration with Engineering Teams :

Work directly with engineering and design teams to translate business needs and user stories into technical specifications and impactful solutions. Requirements Gathering :

Lead the process of gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams. Dependency Mapping and Impact Analysis :

Analyze and map dependencies between product components and other systems, and perform impact analysis to manage risks and plan product development effectively. Go-to-Market Strategy :

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, including launch plans, pricing, and positioning. Performance Monitoring and Analytics :

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, user engagement, and financial outcomes, using these insights to drive product improvements. Regulatory Compliance :

Ensure all new and existing financial products and features comply with relevant local and international financial regulations, including those from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Qualifications & Experience : Minimum of

12 years of experience

in software product management, focusing on web applications or digital platforms. At least

4 years of experience in product leadership

within the fintech sector. Strong knowledge of the Saudi mortgage market , including SAMA regulations and Shariah-compliant finance / lending processes. Proven experience in

launching a digital or fintech-based product specifically in the Saudi market . A solid understanding of the

financial ecosystem

within the banking and lending sectors. Hands-on experience in delivering

modern digital applications on the latest cloud-based technologies , with proven success in launching financial products in the KSA market—ideally within the mortgage or lending space. Proven expertise in

leading the development and launch of complex software products , preferably within fintech or a related domain. Exceptional ability to translate high-level business requirements into

detailed technical specifications and user stories . Outstanding skill in

crafting professional user stories

and managing product backlogs in an agile environment. Advanced knowledge of

software development methodologies

(e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools. Strong familiarity with

user experience (UX) principles

and A / B testing best practices. Experience with

data analytics tools

and a data-driven approach to product development. Highly preferred :

Certifications in Agile Product Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM) or Product Management (e.g., PMP, Pragmatic Marketing). Bachelor’s degree

in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Key Skills : Inspirational leadership

capable of motivating cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact results. Strong analytical and strategic thinking

with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Deep understanding of global trends

in fintech, web application development, and user behavior. Exceptional executive, technical, and cross-functional communication skills , with fluency in both Arabic and English. Ability to

thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment .
