The ideal candidate is expected to have a sound leadership background with solid knowledge and understanding of process equipment in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Mining industries , this equipment includes but not limited to Heat Exchangers, Fin Fan Coolers, Column Internals, Flare & Burners Systems, and Filtration Systems.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Keep a record of all Industrial projects with its related EPCs, project categories like (FEED, Bidding / Budgetary, In-hand / On-going)
Update the Business Unit Manager on regular basis.
Achieve an agreed annual sales target.
Lead the development of creating sales opportunities and coordinating with the various business lines, establish pipeline of potential accounts by identifying new opportunities.
Registering with key clients and promoting sales and services.
Moving with the Company Business Model and implementing a 5-year growth strategy.
Establishing good networking with required OEMs.
Proficient at analyzing costs and understanding of techno-commercial proposals with contractual acumen to identify barriers to success and enable early assessment of the likely competitiveness.
Identify market conditions, competitors, relationship status and collaborative opportunities.
Self-motivated & should have ability to manage on own.

Qualifications :
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in Process Business
7-10 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia selling and promoting Process / Filtration Equipment.
Sales, Marketing & Self Initiative Skills.
Experience in building and managing a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
