Production Manager (m / f / d) for New Manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead the establishment and operational management of our new manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia.

Tasks

• Project Leadership : Oversee the entire project lifecycle for setting up the new production site in Dammam, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all local legal requirements and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Manufacturing Excellence : Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, considering Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Team Development : Identify key roles and recruit top talent for the local production team.
• Quality Assurance : Implement robust quality management systems, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to inspection protocols.
