Project Manager - Master Planning

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager - Master Planning to join our team! In this role you will get to for overseeing and managing the activities of a diverse team across three main delivery streams :

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and / or Design Director to manage designers and specialist consultants.
• Manage consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports.
• Manage consultants in the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, and internal and external team members, including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
• Plan, delegate, and manage workflows within the team structure, ensuring efficient reporting and planning processes.
• Act as a primary liaison with clients and their representatives, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Contribute to the preparation of client reports, technical proposals, including estimating levels of effort, developing work plans, and creating project schedules.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies by maintaining affiliations with professional societies.
