Overview

Managing and executing the projects related to the SCFHS by guiding the project team to achieve successful outcomes in collaboration with all stakeholders within the Commission. This includes achieving all expected results and stakeholders’ expectations in alignment with the Commission’s project governance document and its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the Commission’s strategic initiatives, ensuring their alignment with its strategic objectives.
• Ensure a shared understanding among all project team members of the project’s contribution to the Commission’s strategic goals.
• Manage and monitor the project budget, specifically in relation to expenditure.
• Manage daily project activities and motivate the project team to complete tasks and deliverables.
• Ensure a shared understanding of team roles within the project.
• Achieve the objectives of the execution and delivery team in project management at the Commission through selecting, guiding, encouraging, supporting, training, and organizing the team, and providing consultation to stakeholders.
• Communicate expected outcomes, approved plans, and monitor, review, and evaluate the team’s contribution through applying the Commission’s project governance framework.
• Manage and execute the delivery of project outputs to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects have achieved their intended objectives (requirements) and are ready for delivery.
• Comply with the project lifecycle according to the methodology adopted by the Commission.
• Track the execution activities of programs and projects (e.g., risks, issues, actions)
• Collaborate with the execution and delivery team in project management to define comprehensive, clear, and accurate performance indicators using a clear methodology and division of responsibilities among team members.
• Ensure full utilization of the electronic enterprise PMO system for programs and projects.
• Manage the project team and material resources and monitor their performance.
• Communicate externally with stakeholders when needed to implement specific tasks.
• Contribute to developing the budget of the General Department of Project
• Coordinate with the Project Excellence Department to schedule the monthly project updates.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for project execution, including scheduling and organizing meetings, and following up on the implementation and delivery of outputs based on approved project plans.
