Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our production and maintenance team at our facility in this role you will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing a variety of electro-mechanical systems and equipment utilized in the manufacturing of our high-quality mattresses. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Inspect diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment including motors drives and other manufacturing machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities repairs and equipment performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical circuits wiring and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems mechanical systems and the principles of automation.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and technical documents.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • 30 to 45 years old.
  • Filipino or Indian nationality.
