As a Senior Commercial Project Manager, you will engage with a dynamic and collaborative global team, targeting experienced professionals with a strong background in project controlling and contract management. You will manage impactful projects from sales handover to warranty completion, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while optimizing project outcomes. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of project financial records, utilizing systems like SAP, and manage all project reporting and controlling activities.
- Collaborate with the Local Project Manager and global team to achieve financial targets, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, and asset management.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage local commercial risks and opportunities, developing strategies and response activities.
- Analyze and comment on contracts, focusing on local aspects, and collaborate with the global team on legal and commercial issues.
- Handle local commercial issues, including tax, insurance, currency, compliance, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with global project strategies.
- Manage local supplier relationships, including verifying and approving invoices, and conclude framework agreements for local resources and services.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting, with at least 7 years of work experience, including 5 years in project controlling or contract management.Strong problem-solving skills, acting as the financial counterpart to the On-Shore project manager and coordinating local commercial activities.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.Thorough understanding of Siemens guidelines and experience in contract negotiation and execution.Proficiency in standard accounting principles and IT tools, including Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce applications.Positive attitude and ability to thrive in challenging environments, embracing a high-performance culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
