Overview

International Talent Acquisition Specialist sought to lead the design, customization, and ongoing management of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to support sales, service, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
  • Customize entities, fields, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards according to business requirements.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third‑party systems and internal databases using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
  • Perform CRM system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Provide end‑user support, system training, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into technical CRM solutions.
  • Implement security roles, data‑access levels, and user management following best practices.
  • Monitor system health, conduct regular audits, and ensure CRM availability and reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Dynamics SDK.
  • Experience with CRM data migration and integration tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS) and reporting using Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of CRM functional modules, customer lifecycle, and sales automation.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, AI Builder, or other AI extensions.
  • Prior involvement in large‑scale CRM upgrades or migrations.
