Budget and Report Accountant

We are looking for a professional Budget and Reporting Accountant who will be responsible for managing the University budgeting cycle preparing accurate financial reports analyzing variances and supporting strategic decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills deep knowledge of accounting principles and experience working in compliance with Saudi GAAP and international financial standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage annual budgets forecasts and periodic rolling forecasts.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budget and forecast identifying and explaining variances.
• Consolidate and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls corporate policies and local financial regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads to assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary financial documentation.
• Prepare management reports and presentations highlighting key financial trends and insights.
• Assist in developing and improving financial systems and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in Saudi financial regulations and tax requirements.
