Senior Manager - Site Security Operations (MAS )
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager - Site Security Operations who will play a crucial role in safeguarding our vibrant entertainment environment and ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and assets. In this leadership position, you will oversee site-specific security operations, develop comprehensive security strategies, and manage a dedicated team of security professionals.
As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating incident response plans tailored to our unique operational needs. Your expertise in site security will be vital in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors to Qiddiya.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site-specific security operations plans that align with Qiddiya's overall security strategy
- Lead and supervise the site security team, ensuring effective training and adherence to best practices in operational security
- Conduct regular evaluations and audits of security measures to identify vulnerabilities and implement improvements
- Oversee site access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a cohesive response to security incidents
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to site security operations and incident reporting
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote security awareness and preparedness among staff and stakeholders
- Respond to security incidents, leading investigations and reporting findings to senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to align security procedures with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and security standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in security operations, with significant experience in site security managementStrong leadership skills and a track record of managing security teams effectivelyThorough understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency response proceduresExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for critical thinking under pressureOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teamsProficiency in security technology and systems, including surveillance and access control systemsProfessional certifications related to security (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly desirableSeniority level
