Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output. Oversee day-to-day industrial operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, R&D, Quality Assurance) to align operations with business goals. Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management. Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives to modernize industrial processes. Develop strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to secure sustainable growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 15+ years of experience in industrial operations with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations within the core sector. Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and quality systems. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Proficiency in ERP systems and operational data analysis. Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and drive organizational change.
