Job Specifications : Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Engineering 10+ Years of Experience Excellence the use of the following tools : Bizagi (workflow tool) Microsoft Visio Microsoft Word Communication Skills Ownership Analytical thinking Technical writing skills Planning and time management skills Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proven experience in the analysis of database, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
