We are looking for a / an Project Engineer to join our CT_MTCS team in Saudi Arabia.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Review of prepared planning schedule based on the project requirements as appropriate.
- Extend support to the estimation team as appropriate.
- Attend meetings.
- Review the project order and participate in the handover meeting from the Sales and estimation department.
- Prepare the documentation as per the project requirements, like Method Statement, tools list etc.
- Monitoring and controlling of human resources and equipment mobilized at the site
- Preparation of daily progress report vs planning schedule, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure daily tracking of delay events and inform to stakeholders
- Assist the resource management team in selecting the right candidate for the job
- Notify to client and the project management team of extra work and clock the same on a timely basis
- Handle technical clarifications of the client at the site and coordinate with the operation team in case of additional job or additional ST material requirements
- Proactively coordinate with the Project Planning and operation team to execute the job within budget and schedule.
- Proper control over the cost and utilization of coordinators at the site
- Keep all the records of the project and proper handing over after completion of the project
- Execute the project with no compromise on Safety and quality, needs to act as QC as appropriate
- Upon completion of the contract, actively participate in the project close-out meeting
