Responsibilities : Lead the painting team, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols are met. Plan and assign daily tasks based on schedules and priorities. Estimate materials and manpower, ensuring timely availability of supplies. Supervise surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing. Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly. Ensure safety measures, including protective covers and equipment maintenance. Train and guide team members on techniques, safety, and procedures. Maintain workspace cleanliness and enforce HSE guidelines. Suggest process improvements for productivity and quality. Implement 5S and Lean principles to optimize workflows. Requirements : 4-6 years of experience in managing painting activities. Secondary education. Languages : English and Hindi. Basic computer skills : Word, Excel. Knowledge of paint equipment, color matching, and safety standards. Strong leadership and planning skills. Additional Skills : Motivating and resolving conflicts with workers. Adaptability under pressure and positive attitude.
