Responsibilities

• Oversee all Railway Systems Maintenance activities within the metro network during Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Ensure safe and efficient functioning of critical systems including Signalling, Automatic Train Control (ATC), Telecommunications, and SCADA.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Verify maintenance activities are carried out safely and meet passenger and employer expectations.
• Measure O&M Contractor performance, evaluate, and adjust as required.
• Oversee mobilization of O&M Contractors and coordinate with sub-contractors (e.g., Transit Systems Suppliers).
• Review O&M Contractor submissions (asset and maintenance plans, procedures, instructions).
• Ensure coordination between O&M Contractors and DB Contractors for seamless integration and operational alignment.
• Advise on asset management strategy and contribute to long-term planning and optimization of railway systems infrastructure.
