Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts and drive new client acquisition within the SaaS and digital solutions sector.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new clients in the SaaS and digital solutions sector.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a small sales team of two to maximize performance and ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare, review, and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective client engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in SaaS, technology, or digital solutions, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Knowledge of the Saudi market.Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team to achieve ambitious targets.Strong command of English.Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and client engagement skills.
