We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to ensure our product lines — including desiccated coconut, coconut milk, coconut cream, and coconut water — meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

As QA Manager , you will lead the development and execution of robust quality systems, support internal and external audits, and collaborate across departments to ensure quality is embedded throughout the production process — from raw material intake to finished goods. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best-in-class food safety and quality systems (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO, GMP, Halal, Kosher, Organic)
• Ensure compliance across all product stages — from raw materials to finished goods
• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of food safety, ownership, and accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, R&D, etc.) to resolve quality-related issues
• Prepare for and lead internal audits, external inspections, and customer assessments
• Oversee in-process inspections and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances using CAPA tools
• Analyze quality performance data, recommend process improvements, and maintain audit readiness
