Description
The NDT Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all non-destructive testing activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality results to support project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate non-destructive testing (NDT) activities across various projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to NDT.
- Develop and maintain NDT procedures and protocols.
- Manage and schedule NDT personnel and resources effectively.
- Conduct training and development sessions for NDT technicians.
- Monitor and report on NDT results and provide technical support to project teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure testing meets project requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in non-destructive testing coordination.Strong knowledge of NDT techniques such as RT, UT, MT, and PT.Familiarity with NDT codes and standards (ASNT, ISO, etc.).Proficient in using NDT equipment and software for data analysis.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Skills Required
