Client Managment Build & Nurture Relationships :

Cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors) through strategic engagement Proactive Issue Resolution :

Act as the first line of defense for client concerns, ensuring swift solutions Strategic Business Reviews :

Conduct quarterly performance assessments to drive continuous ROI Sales Growth Target Execution :

Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through consultative selling Unlock Potential

: Identify hidden upsell / cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts New Business Hunting :

Expand market footprint through strategic outreach Technical Coordination Tech Translator :

Explain IT fundamentals (CPUs / GPUs, NVMe / SATA SSDs) in business terms Infrastructure Expertise :

Articulate value of servers, storage, and networking solutions Seamless Collaboration :

Bridge communication between clients and technical teams Project Management End-to-End Oversight :

Manage project lifecycles from proposal to deployment

Customer-Centric Handover :

Ensure 100% satisfaction at project closure Requirements

Education Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field Experience 6-8 years in sales / account management IT / technology sales experience preferred Skills

Strong relationship management

Excellent communication abilities

Basic IT technical knowledge

Time management and organization

Negotiation and closing skills
