Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar supervisory sales role (preferably in software or tech solutions).
Strong understanding of B2B sales , especially in the field of accounting or business software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Solid knowledge of sales techniques, pipelines, and CRM tools .
Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide guidance to improve results.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in conducting training sessions for sales representatives.
Ability to handle client objections and support the team in closing deals.
Time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Accounting , or a related field is preferred.
