Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, manage contractors, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects and a strong understanding of site execution, structural works, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil works at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Handle site measurements, quantity estimations, and material management.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
