Cost Engineer - (Saudi Arabia)

We are actively seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to support oil & gas project. The role focuses on cost estimating, cost control, budgeting, and supporting project teams through all phases of execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases.
• Develop and manage project cost budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support contract evaluations, bid analysis, and change management.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
