Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales and client management, preferably in the engineering or services sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base in Riyadh.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with project requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to management.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in engineering or services).
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Valid residency in Riyadh is mandatory.
