Position based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia Contribute to set strategic goals for environmental activity in KSA Ensure that environmental business objectives are met efficiently and effectively Develop and implement department organisation, procedures, policies, and management procedures for environmental Services in KSA Maintain good working relationships with Setec group specialized companies to ensure effective co-ordination for environmental business in KSA Direct and oversee environmental staff in KSA to ensure that they are motivated and trained, and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard Anticipate the vacancies and management of the departures / replacements Capitalize the best practices and liaise with Setec entities in France for global capitalization General monitoring of environmental operations in KSA, reporting & dashboards Management of contracts and of related JV (if any) and sub-consultant’s agreements

Profile Graduate degree in Environmental….. Management from a recognized western university. 15 years or more of demonstrated hands on Environmental work experience in Europe / North America. Demonstrate experience in Middle East. Demonstrated experience in management environmental Consultancy services Excellent Environmental Expertise inter-personal and negotiating skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Excellent time management skills

Languages MANDATORY : Fluent English OPTIONAL : Fluent Arabic (optional) / French (professional capacity) is a plus
