Material Preservation Coordinator cooperates with the construction, material control, and logistics groups to assure the timely and appropriate preservation of materials and equipment once received at site and operates in compliance with the specifications, procedures, quality requirements, and health / environmental / safety regulations during the course of activities.

Coordinate preservation (and de-preservation as necessary) of materials and equipment in compliance with vendor and project specifications and procedures.

Requisition preservation equipment and tools as necessary.

Prepare and issue preservation reports as required by the field engineering manager.

Initiate and maintain preservation recording.

Request relevant permits to perform preservation activities as necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering course.

Minimum of 10 years of work experience.

Significant experience in a similar position on EPC Oil & Gas projects / refinery.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail, management skills.

Team-oriented, self-motivated, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
