Overview
Manager, Sales role at GCC Olayan. Manage the overall sales activity within the sales department in the region, including planning, analyzing and developing the sales business, coaching and developing the sales team to reach targets and deliver value to customers. Responsibilities
Communicate the strategy and its objectives to the sales team and ensure individuals understand their contribution. Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity, trends and demands Stay informed with product and services news and other updates from the business unit Coach the sales team on a regular basis, tailored to individual needs and focused on improving competencies used in daily work Set KPIs and individual targets for the sales team, measure performance and follow up regularly Provide technical support to sales members Ensure efficient allocation of tasks and resources to improve sales performance Comply with company policies and procedures, leading by example Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field Engineering degree is a plus Required Years Of Experience
5 to 6 years’ experience in the Sales and heavy equipment field Seniority level
