About the role

A Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and understanding staffing needs
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Sourcing candidates
• Screening and interviewing candidates
