Success in this role looks like having natural, meaningful conversations in your native language with a professional-quality external microphone and your laptop / computer. Responsibilities

• Engage in authentic, unscripted voice conversations in your native language
• Use your computer and professional quality condenser mic (USB external recording mic works as long as the output quality meets our standards) to record and submit conversations via LingoTribe’s platform
• Collaborate with your language-specific community group to receive support, ideas, and feedback
• Maintain clear, audible, high-quality voice recordings in a quiet environment
• Adhere to simple guidelines provided by the LingoTribe team to ensure quality and consistency
• Contribute to the development of inclusive AI by speaking naturally about everyday topics, culture, and life experiences
