Overview

Position Objective :

Achieve company objectives by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff, and ensure they have the skills and support required to maximize sales. Implement store operating procedures per company and Brand standards. Promote the Loyalty Program to maximize loyalty and repeat sales. Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding employees and products.

Responsibilities

Brief and guide staff on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain fashion awareness, grooming, and up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.

Stay informed about new products, trends, and fashion directives to anticipate and respond to customer needs.

Ensure minimal stock loss and effective stockroom management.

Work towards operating cost optimization.

Implement store operating procedures and ensure adherence to brand and company policies.

Apply creative techniques to achieve or exceed store sales targets.

Maintain adequate stock levels to maximize sales.

Weekly audit store administration and resolve discrepancies.

Manage daily roster, leave, and grievances of retail staff.

Maintain visual merchandising standards according to VM guidelines.

Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.

Supervise the store and provide feedback to the Area Manager regarding employees and products.

Develop and train team members.

Ensure security awareness and vigilance in the store at all times.

Stay updated on group brands for suggestive selling to customers.

End-to-end store operations responsibility.

Be physically fit to stand for extended hours and handle heavy lifting.
