Responsibilities include :

  • Providing superior customer service with strong sales skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Preparing quotations for flights, hotels, transfers, meeting rooms, tours, and related services.
  • Supporting customers as a MICE expert on destinations’ hotels, tours, rentals, and travel-related products / experiences.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Handling all group inquiries (existing / new leads) accurately and promptly.
  • Approaching new leads to generate business volume.
  • Executing all MICE events to customer satisfaction and within budget.
  • Updating bookings, passenger details, logistics, and notes in the system.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date records of bookings.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
  • Coordinating proposals with destination reservation hubs.
  • Achieving sales and conversion targets monthly / quarterly.
  • Providing timely support to agents, suppliers, and clients.
  • Resolving customer issues with appropriate measures.
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Having good technical understanding of air tickets and groups.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications :

  • Minimum high school certificate; diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality is an advantage.
  • Professionalism and maturity to manage ground programs.
  • Excellent domestic, regional, and international travel experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and booking platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or MICE industries.
