Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal located in Dhahran. The Vice Principal will assist in managing daily school operations, including administration, curriculum implementation, teacher supervision, and student discipline. They will collaborate with the Principal to ensure the delivery of quality education and maintain a positive and inclusive school environment. Additionally, the Vice Principal will foster communication with staff, students, and parents and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience, including team coordination and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong skills in curriculum planning, academic supervision, and educational program development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with staff, students, and parents effectively.
• Experience in organizational operations, including administrative processes and disciplinary procedures.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and productive learning environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and software systems relevant to educational administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Prior experience in educational leadership roles, such as Assistant Principal or similar positions.
