About Us Hayati AI is building the first Arabic AI emotional companion tailored to GCC users—primarily in Saudi Arabia. We care aboutreal dialects, local culture, and trust.

What You’ll Do

Dialect & Content Localisation : Rewrite short scripts and UI copy into Najdi / Hijazi Arabic; set tone rules; flag red lines.

Persona Building : Define AI companion personas with accurate speech patterns, everyday hooks, and strong openers.

Style Guides & Lexicons : Deliver living glossaries / lexicons and a concise style guide for model prompting (we provide templates to extend).

Red-Lines & Sensitivity : Maintain do / don’t lists; identify risky or foreign‑sounding phrasing and fix it.

Prompting & QA : Provide few‑shot examples, review model outputs, resolve mixed‑dialect issues, and log before / after fixes.

A / B Copy Tests : Produce 2–3 variants per line; track CTR / submit‑rate winners with simple UTM notes.

Turnaround Discipline : Meet SLAs (e.g., 24h for hotfixes; 48–72h for new packs).

Nice to Have (Bonus — not required)

Light outreach to Discord / Telegram / university gaming & esports communities (SFW captions / reviews).

Light analytics (read a dashboard; propose copy tweaks from data).

You Are

A current student or ≤2 years post‑grad in KSA.

Saudi (or long‑term KSA resident) with strong command of within‑Saudi dialects and awareness of pan‑GCC variety.

Deep in youth culture (anime / gaming / tech); you actually know where Saudi communities live online.

Comfortable writing Najdi and Hijazi; you can understand Masri.

A doer : you hit numbers, iterate fast, need minimal hand‑holding, and enjoy startup pace (fun, low bureaucracy, high ownership).

Comfortable working around mature themes— public work remains strictly SFW / PG‑13.

Want to understand AI and work with an AI company.

Nice to Have

Ran a student club / server (mods / admins know your name).

Basic Figma / Canva; can comment on everyday KSA visual vibes.

Familiar with UTM, CTR, conversion rate basics.

KPIs

Style Guides & Lexicon : Deliver 1-page Najdi + 1-page Hijazi guides and a living lexicon ≥200 entries (≈100 / 100) with examples / “avoid” terms.

Personas : Finalize 6 Saudi personas; each with ≥20 openers + ≥10 situational lines (comfort / banter / jealousy / check‑in); native QA revision rate ≤5 %.

A / B Impact : Ship ≥10 copy tests; produce ≥3 winners (CTR + 10 % or pre‑reg submit rate + 5 pp vs control) with ≥500 sessions per variant.

Quality & SLA / Docs : Mixed‑dialect / off‑tone issues How to Apply (fast process) with subject “KSA Localisation – Your Name” and include :
