Job Summary :

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, designing, coordinating, and managing programs that align with organizational strategies and goals. This includes overseeing multiple interrelated projects, coordinating resources, and driving program success to achieve defined outcomes. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and refine the program’s scope, goals, deliverables, and objectives in alignment with the project's overall goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring timely execution of activities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.

Allocate and optimize program resources.

Develop and track the program’s progress, milestones, and performance against KPIs.

Identify potential challenges or risks within the program and implement mitigation strategies.

Evaluate the program's effectiveness and recommend improvements for future cycles.

Qualifications :

Proven experience managing complex programs, including the coordination of multiple interrelated projects.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
