Network Support Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a skilled Network Support Engineer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company’s network infrastructure to ensure business continuity across distributed retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support LAN / WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
• Provide hands-on technical support for store-level and back-office network environments.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, maintenance logs, and asset inventory.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with infrastructure and cybersecurity standards.
• Participate in network upgrades, rollouts, and infrastructure expansion projects.
