Job Summary

Result-oriented Site Reliability Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in maintaining and improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex distributed systems. Proficient in Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines (ArgoCD, FluxCD, Jenkins, GitLab), incident management, monitoring, and deployment automation. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless operations for high-traffic FinTech applications at HALA.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of HALA applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability and resilience into the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement and prevent future system failures.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Automate routine tasks to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention, contributing to overall system efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24 / 7 support and quick resolution of critical incidents.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system reliability and security.
