Overview
Motorola is seeking a motivated leader to advance the KSA smartphone business. You will be part of the Motorola smartphone team, lead a team of key account managers, grow sales, motivate and develop team members, and manage the sales strategy for Saudi Arabia with main customers to deliver planned results.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for handling P&L and assist in the resolution of market access and customer issues as necessary
- Lead local sales team to ensure profitable business growth in the market and bring the organization to the next level
- Report business status to the MEA level
- Identify, develop, and close key sales opportunities with new customers
- Responsible for sales and marketing strategy planning and execution
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations to the targeted customer base
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable
- Create cooperative business plans with customers and their partners, and help to define new business models to drive growth
- Research, define & recommend an overall "go to market" strategy
Position Requirements
Minimum 10 years of business management experience; People management skillsExperience with technology products, ideally from the Phone industryStrong & demonstrable commercial / customer understanding; Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales modelsExperience with customers / channel partners – confident to present & engage withExcellent analytical and communication skills; Comfortable with financial management and P&LsGood networking skills and ability to work in a matrix organizationDynamic and proactive, with a positive outlook. Self-driven and motivatedOrganization
