Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Project Development Director to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of large‑scale, complex projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal performance and profitability
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify new project development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices in project management
• Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
