Technical Business Analyst - Octopus by RTG - Immediate hire

Overview

Octopus by RTG is hiring for a partner organization in KSA for a 1 year contract. We are seeking a motivated Technical Business Analyst with experience working across internal core applications such as CMS (Content Management Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and Data Projects. The candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business requirements for enhancements, integrations, or new functionalities across multiple enterprise systems
• Analyze current business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to design solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining system integrity and scalability
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of enterprise applications or third-party vendors where necessary
• Assist in prototyping, workflow simulations, and feasibility assessments to validate proposed solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and third-party service providers
• Provide regular project status updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and walkthroughs to ensure alignment and understanding among technical and business teams
